Torshonic Healing & Connecting Communities of Nerve CellsCooperative interdependency between communities is more successful when transmission of information between the communities is unhindered, regardless of who or what the
communities represent .
A block of physical nerve cells is an example of a community.
In accordance with the energetic approach of Joint anchor technique, it is believed that areas of the aura in the vicinity of a community of nerve cells can contort in response to stress, disease or injury, and remain locked in the contorted position. The areas of contortion are like
energetic spasms or cramps that will not release or let go easily. They are called torsion pockets.
A torsion pocket is effectively a fold in the aura that covers the community of nerve cells. The pressure of the fold crushes the cells which hinders their ability to send or receive information to or from other communities of nerve cells. Any hindrance to neural connection
can compromise health and well-being severely. Consequently, torsion pockets need to be removed.
Torshonic healing removes torsion pockets.

Inherited, Not Broken: Healing Through Relationship
We’re living in a time where it’s become easy to look back at our ancestry and see everything they didn’t get right.
We now name it, analyse it, even blame it. And sometimes that’s part of the healing. But in the process, we stopped holding the relationship within the story.
In the relationship we can accept many of our parents didn’t have the tools we have now. They didn’t have the language, the support, or the space to process what they were carrying. Many of our fathers were taught to keep going, no matter what they felt. Many of our mothers carried responsibilities, expectations, and emotional loads that often went unseen, while continuing to care for those around them. And what they lived through became part of the foundation from which we can recognise what needs healing, bring awareness to inherited patterns, and consciously choose to do better.
Honouring that doesn’t mean ignoring what hurt, it means seeing more, because you are not separate from where you came from, you are shaped by it, and one day you will be part of the story too. The body holds what was never said, the tension, the emotions, the unspoken experiences of childhood, and when we begin to truly listen, we don’t just heal ourselves we shift something for those who come after us.
Healing lives in our relationships, so before blame, pause. Before judgment, listen. Healing begins when we stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking, “What is ready to be understood?” Listen to your body, your relationships, and your patterns.
The invitation is not to see ourselves as broken, but to become curious about what has been inherited, what is asking for compassion, and what is now ready to be transformed.
