I have practiced as a natural health care and well-being consultant since 1996 in the UK and in Wanaka (just over the hill from Queenstown) since 2008 when I emigrated here.
I am a Chartered Natural Therapies Practitioner here in New Zealand and a fully Registered Practitioner of the Kinesiology Federation in the UK.
Vital Health Matters is a reflection of my passion to help people empower themselves, so that they can experience ‘Vital Health’ rather than just being ‘OK’.
Time and again I talk to people who have accepted non-vitality as the norm and accept it as if it can’t be changed.
My goals in a therapy session are to help you become in touch with what your body is telling you and help you achieve your aims. And those aims may just simply be – wanting more energy or to get the most out of life.
I provide advice and assistance to help you ‘simply become who YOU are meant to be’ calling on a broad base of knowledge and skills in Health Kinesiology (HK), Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST), Bowen Therapy, Nutritional education and energy work.
Over the years I have been privileged to share many different healing journeys with my clients and now have the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise through teaching HKTM to others.
